Between the hours of 9:08 AM EST - 9:25 AM EST, the Triple Whale app (Summary Page, Pixel Pages, and all other app data) experienced slow loading speeds resulting in no data loading within the app. The development team was made aware of these loading issues and was able to resolve the issue. The app is now fully caught up on speed, no data was lost during this time, and we are continuing to monitor the resolution.

No data was lost during this time, but the outage was rather just not seeing the pages (all pages within the app) load with data. This was resolved within 2 hours from when the query errors started. Because of this issues, agents have been temporarily removed from the app for all users. Agents will continue to be under maintenance until this can be resolved fully.
System has been fully stabilized since 02:05 UTC (22:05 EDT). Agents remain non-functional until further notice. We were completely down from 01:58 until 02:03 UTC and shard 0 was down from about 00:15 til 02:05 (8:15pm til 10:05 EDT)
