On October 4th, between 11:08 and 11:15 AM EST, users experienced issues with loading both the Summary Page and Pixel Page within Triple Whale. During this time, the platform was temporarily down and unable to display data.
The root cause was traced to an outage that occurred just before and during the crashloop, which in turn affected the Clickhouse Gateway.
Our development team quickly resolved the issue, and within minutes, full functionality was restored. All historical data has been successfully retrieved and backfilled into affected accounts.
This incident has been fully resolved, and the platform is now operating as expected.

Earlier today, we experienced some delays in our pixel system, which may have impacted attribution reporting for a brief period. We’ve taken steps to resolve the issue and ensure this doesn’t happen again. Now, even if a component of our system experiences issues, pixel data and attribution reporting will continue as expected without delays.
Thank you for your patience as we work to maintain a smooth experience. Any data that has been impacted will be backfilled in the attribution tables.
This has since been resolved and was a small impact (between 2% - 5% for a very limited subset of users).
